This Privacy Policy explains how TrainerPro Suite collects, uses, shares, and protects information when trainers, team members, and clients use our websites, applications, and related services.
Information we collect
- Account information such as your name, email address, business name, and login provider identifiers.
- Client and pet records that you choose to enter into the product, including client contact details, dog profiles, report cards, homework notes, resources, and related business records.
- Usage and technical information such as device, browser, IP address, timestamps, pages viewed, and diagnostic logs used to operate and secure the service.
- Billing and subscription information processed by our payment providers if and when paid billing is enabled. We do not store full payment card numbers on our own servers.
Google Workspace and Gmail data
- If you connect Gmail, TrainerPro Suite requests permission to send email from your Google Workspace or Gmail account using the Gmail send scope.
- We use this access only to send report-card emails that you review and approve in TrainerPro Suite.
- We store encrypted OAuth tokens so you do not need to reconnect Gmail before each send.
- We do not read, search, download, index, sell, or train AI models on the contents of your Gmail inbox or sent mail.
- You can disconnect Gmail from TrainerPro Suite settings, and you can also revoke access from your Google Account security settings.
How we use information
- To provide and improve TrainerPro Suite, including report-card creation, resource sharing, client management, scheduling, messaging, and account administration.
- To send communications you initiate, such as report cards and related client emails.
- To authenticate users, enforce tenant access controls, prevent abuse, troubleshoot issues, and maintain service security.
- To respond to support requests and communicate important product, security, billing, or policy updates.
How we share information
- We share information with service providers that help us operate the product, such as hosting, database, authentication, email, storage, payment, analytics, and monitoring providers.
- We share report cards, resources, and client communications with recipients chosen by the trainer using the product.
- We may disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a business transfer such as a merger, acquisition, or asset sale.
- We do not sell personal information.
Data retention and deletion
- We retain account, business, client, report-card, and communication data while your account is active or as needed to provide the service.
- We may retain limited records where required for legal, security, billing, backup, or audit purposes.
- You can request deletion of your account or tenant data by contacting us. Some data may also be exportable or deletable from product settings as those tools become available.
Security
- We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information.
- No internet service is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
- If you believe your account or data has been compromised, contact us promptly.
Your choices
- You can update account and business information in the product.
- You can disconnect Gmail at any time from TrainerPro Suite settings or through your Google Account.
- You can contact us to request access, correction, export, or deletion of personal information, subject to legal and operational limits.

- We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and update the date below.
