Terms of Service

Use of the service

• TrainerPro Suite provides software for dog training businesses, including tools for client records, report cards, resources, communications, scheduling, and related workflows.
• You must use the service only for lawful business purposes and in compliance with these terms and applicable laws.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter and for obtaining any permissions needed to store or send information about your clients.

Accounts and access

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity under your account.
• You must promptly notify us if you believe your account has been compromised.
• If you invite team members, you are responsible for assigning appropriate access and for their use of the service.

Client data and content

• You retain ownership of the client records, report cards, resources, notes, and other content you submit to TrainerPro Suite.
• You grant us permission to host, process, transmit, and display that content as needed to provide and improve the service.
• You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to upload, store, share, and send your content through the service.

Gmail and third-party integrations

• If you connect Gmail, you authorize TrainerPro Suite to send emails that you review and approve using your connected Google account.
• You may disconnect Gmail at any time from product settings or revoke access through your Google Account.
• Third-party services, including Google, authentication providers, payment processors, hosting providers, and email providers, may have their own terms and policies.

Acceptable use

• You may not use the service to send spam, unlawful, deceptive, infringing, abusive, or harmful content.
• You may not attempt to bypass security, interfere with service operation, reverse engineer non-public parts of the service, or access data that does not belong to you.
• We may suspend or terminate access if we believe use of the service creates legal, security, deliverability, or operational risk.

Subscriptions and payment

• TrainerPro Suite is currently in beta. Paid plans, trials, renewal terms, taxes, and cancellation options will be presented before any paid subscription begins.
• Subscriptions do not renew automatically unless a paid subscription has been explicitly set up and accepted.
• Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated in a written agreement.

Availability and changes

• We work to keep TrainerPro Suite reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
• We may modify, add, or remove features as the product evolves.
• We may update these terms from time to time by posting a revised version on this page.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

• The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the maximum extent permitted by law.
• TrainerPro Suite does not provide legal, veterinary, medical, tax, accounting, or professional training advice.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, TrainerPro Suite will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.

Termination

• You may stop using the service at any time. When paid subscriptions are available, cancellation terms will be presented before purchase.
• We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms, non-payment, unlawful conduct, security risk, or discontinuation of the service.
• Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including payment obligations, intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and dispute provisions.
